We are a legal boutique practice located in Auckland. Our key areas of practice are Corporate, Commercial and Not-for-Profit Law.
Our firm provides corporate advisory services and commercial transaction implementation to the SME sector.
We act for businesses (large and small) and for many established charities, societies, and associations. We undertake legal research, draft legal opinions on contentious issues, guide clients in dispute resolution, prepare contracts, advise on commercial strategy, and carry out commercial transactional work. We also advise on corporate governance processes and provide constitutional review and associated advisory services.
