David primarily works in the area of Private Client services and provides clients with assistance in Property Law matters, Trusts, Retirement Planning and Elder Law issues. He brings with him a wealth of complex project work experience and specialist Property Law knowledge, and his clients include property investors, developers, business owners and board directors, charitable trusts, and many private clients. David also acts for a number of Not-for-Profit organisations and has experience in working with charities. He has held a number of governance related positions in his professional work and personal capacity and has acquired considerable knowledge in working with charitable and faith-based boards.
David is highly professional, conscientious, and compassionate in equal measure, and as such he is a remnant of the generation of gentlemen lawyers which considered the interests of the client to be paramount. His wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of Private Client services adds significant value to the firm's capability. He is highly valued by staff and clients of the firm alike. In David's view, a regimen of no less than 4 flat whites (double shots, of course) per day is critical to his longevity in the law and his ongoing appeal.
